2. Cancellation conditions

- up to 14 days prior to tour: free of charge

- between 14 and 3 days prior to tour: 50% of the arranged rate

- thereafter:  100% of the arranged rate

3. Payment modalities

Cash after service performance or within 14 days of accounting. In the event of a delay in payment, the bank's usual default interest will be charged.

4. Waiting period

In case of delay of the customer, the tour guide undertakes to wait for the customer at the agreed meeting point at 1 hour. The customer undertakes to wait 15 minutes for the guide.

5. Prevention

The tour guide is obliged to mediate a technically equivalent authorized replacement in the event of an unavoidable prevention.
